ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7614 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7614 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioner in anticipatory bail. The order copy made ready on 27.05.2025. Further, the petitioner was suffering from Chickenpox, hence he is unable to arrange sureties and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reasons only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7614 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
