ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure the ordinary, decent and routine life of the petitioner and his family members by taking appropriate action against the ex2/5

communication activities of the respondents 6 to 13 on the basis of his representation dated 17.11.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that already the matter has been settled between the parties and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has also represented that the matter has been settled between the parties.

4.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
