O R D E R

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in in Na.Ka.No.45/2018/NeA dated 18.08.2020 and for a direction to the respondents to fix a fair compensation amount by following the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners are willing to receive the award amount.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners can produce all the relevant materials before the third respondent, viz., the Special Tahsildar and the same will be considered and compensation amount will be paid. 2/4

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners are willing to submit all the documents before the third respondent and that some time is required. The petitioners are directed to submit all the relevant documents before the third respondent within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

5. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the documents submitted by the petitioners and pay the compensation amount that was fixed under the award. This process shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
