2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the respondent police has filed a final report on 17.09.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and so far not taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that already investigation over and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
