ORDER
The petitioner challenges the notification dated 26.05.2025 issued by the third respondent inviting bids from eligible persons for the allotment of 28 shops on a monthly licence fee basis.
2.The principal grievance of the petitioner is that the tender documents were not furnished to him, thereby preventing him from effectively participating in the tender process.
3.This Court, by order dated 18.06.2025, directed the third respondent to furnish the tender schedule to the petitioner forthwith and permitted the petitioner to submit his tender offer on or before 18.06.2025 at 6.00 p.m. This Court also directed the respondents not to finalise the tender process until further orders. 4.Pursuant to the said order, the tender schedule was furnished to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner participated in the tender process and was declared the successful bidder in respect of Shop No.23 under the impugned notification.

5.In view of the subsequent developments and the participation of the petitioner in the tender process, the challenge to the impugned notification no longer survives for consideration.
6.However, since the petitioner has been declared a successful bidder, the respondents are directed to issue the necessary confirmation orders to all successful bidders, including the petitioner, in accordance with the terms of the tender notification.
7.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
