ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.A.No.79 of 2017 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam, dated 06.12.2019 confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence made in S.C.No.168 of 2016 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, dated 06.12.2017. 2.Today (19.08.2025), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has already undergone the period of sentence of imprisonment imposed on him; hence, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Revision Petition stands closed.
