O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle all the terminal and pension benefits payable for the services of the petitioner's husband viz.,S.Jegadeeswaran within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the pension payable to her husband has not been paid so far to the petitioner for the service rendered by her husband as Village Assistant by considering her representation dated 11.09.2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
