O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2016 and pass suitable orders by directing the respondents to cancel the forged sale deed executed in document No.7128/2015 dated 04.12.2015, as per the circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai in circular No.67, in C.No.52338/C1/2011, dated 03.11.2011.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
