ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 02.09.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.3885 of 2021 does not require any modification.
