This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.68 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered on 28.01.2019, so far no investigation has been conducted by the respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation is almost over and the respondent police will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Recording the above said submission, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
