ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue the patta transfer to the petitioner based on his application No.2015/0103/14/002541 vide., CAN No.0331401044710 dated 01.12.2015 within the prescribed time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's request for grant of patta has already been rejected by order dated 19.10.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the letter.

3. In view of the above circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, however, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.10.2016 in the manner known to law. No costs.
