ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order by changing the patta from the name of the fifth respondent and to quash the same.

2.When the matter has been taken up today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.According to the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, this writ petition has become infructuous, since the challenge in this writ petition is the patta, issued by the authorities in favour of one P.K.Pari, fifth respondent herein, son of Kakkappan Ambalam, got changed in favour of the subsequent purchasers of the said property.

4.Under such circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedy. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
