This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to file a final report in Cr.No.532 of 2018 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of Eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
