Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2022 posted on 20.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders in the light of the circular in letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent with respect to the fraudulent documents in Doc.Nos.848/2013 and 849/2013 and other documents registered in pursuant of the same, within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners allege that the petition mentioned documents have been fraudulently registered. He has submitted a representation before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the 2/4

matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
