This Petition is filed to permit the petitioners to take substituted service for the respondents 3 and 4 by paper publication in Tamil Daily at Coimbatore District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered only in respect of R3 and the Petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the third 3/5

respondent by way of substituted service in the Tamil Daily namely , Malai Muasu of Coimbatore Edition,where the third respondent resides, indicating the next date of hearing as 08.12.2025.The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to effect paper publication as aforesaid within fifteen days from today. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to take steps to appoint a Court Guardian in respect of R4, who is a minor.

4.Registry is directed to list the matter on 08.12.2025, along with proof for paper publication.
