ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.597 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and closed the case as "Mistake of Fact" on 03.09.2020. He would further submit that RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
