in Pichakalanpatti, Varpattu Post, Ponamaravathi Taluk, Pudhukottai District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 21.04.2022 and 25.04.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that in Survey No.686, Pichakalanpatti, there are encroachments. The said survey number has been classified as "Kallanguthu".

3.The learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the third respondent has fixed to conduct survey on 19.06.2026. Notices will be issued to all the interested parties including the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent. If survey results indicate that there are encroachments, the same shall be removed after adhering to due process of law. The 2/4

entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
