2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2016 vide C.S.R.No.1359 of 2016 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court only directs the 2nd respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after issuing notice to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and any other contesting respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents when summons is issued.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that contempt will not lie on failure of the 2nd respondent to consider the representation within the time stipulated.
