ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they have conducted enquiry. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), it is a matrimonial dispute. 3.Since it is a matrimonial dispute, this Court directs the second respondent Police to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry before the Social Welfare Officer. Based on the report of the Social Welfare Officer, the respondent Police shall take further course of action. However, they shall not harass the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
