Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil proceedings (matrimonial proceeding) of the petitioner and his wife namely Geetha in H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukkottai.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil proceedings (matrimonial proceeding) of the petitioner and his wife namely Geetha in H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that both the petitioner and his wife

are dentist and on the compliant given by the petitioner's wife, the third respondent called the petitioner for enquiry. It is further submitted that both of them appeared before the third respondent and they agreed to approach the competent civil Court for their remedy and based on the statement made by them, the third respondent has closed the petition.
