The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd Respondent to cancel fraudulent registered Sale deeds in Document No.2469 and 2470 dated 18.05.2016 in respect of the petitioners Joint family property in S.No.45/13A Perunkulam Village Ramanathapuram District on the file of the 3rd respondent in the light of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the
respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2016 is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to other parties concerned, if any, pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the light of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
