Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.9599/2014/F1, dated 29.12.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondent not to interfere with the construction works of the building in Sivakasi Town Survey No.74/7 and 74/8 (Sivakasi City Kamarajar Road). For Petitioner : Mr.G.Anbu Saravanan For Respondent : Mr.K.Dinesh Babu

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition also to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar along with the present impugned order and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP Nos.13 and 14 of 2016 are also closed.
