ORDER
This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.171 of 2017.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent seeks time for filing final report.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 171 of 2017, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
