This petition has been filed to quash the show cause notice issued by the first respondent, which is initiated under Section 107 Cr.P.C.

petition to quash the show cause notice is not maintainable under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to give their explanation before the first respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent shall complete the proceedings, within a period of three weeks thereafter.
