ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.9 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false complaint has been registered against the petitioners stating that a sale deed has been executed by the first and second petitioners in favour of the third petitioner without any right or title over the property. The defacto complainant herself has signed as one of the witnesse. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that the defacto complainant wants to wriggle out of the same and a false complaint has been given.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the respondent police are in the process of getting the expert opinion by comparing the signatures and a final report will be immediately filed after getting the report from the expert.

4.In the above facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report immediately after getting expert opinion. This process shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
