This Civil Revision Petition is filed to to strike off the original Waqf Original Application in W.O.A.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal at Chennai.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Waqf Original Application in W.O.A.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal at Chennai was finally disposed of by order dated 04.11.2023 and as such the cause in the main Civil Revision Petition does not survives. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
