RESPONDENT(S) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the Criminal appeal against the Judgment that has been passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner has been taken into custody on the date of judgment itself, they are not in position to file the appeal in time. Because of that reason, there is a delay of 87 days.
