ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider his representation, dated 06.10.2016 and to include his name in Patta No.537 by deleting the names of Jegajothi and A.Sureshkumar in respect of the property in Survey No.198/2C situated at Melavaniyangudi Group, Sivagangai Taluk & District.

2.According to the petitioner, he has given an application before the respondents, on 12.08.2016, to include his name as a joint pattadhar and to delete the names of one Jegajothi and Sureshkumar in the joint Patta No.537. He sent a reminder on 06.10.2016. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 12.08.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
