This Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent.

It is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that under similar circumstances, for the same relief, this Court, by its order dated 27.01.2025 in W.P.(MD) Nos.29035, 29217 & 30354 of 2024 as also by its order dated 09.06.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.15507 of 2025, dismissed the said Writ Petitions.

3. Since the orders have not been reversed, this Writ Petition filed by the petitioner is also liable to be dismissed.
