This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the above revision.

2. Mr.D.Venkatesh has entered appearance for the first respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.D.Venkatesh for the first respondent at the time of admission.
