The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry in a civil dispute.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and closed the same as the issue is with regard to money dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The parties are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum.
