PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondents from mutating any documents in the 6th respondent's favour till the disposal of the appeal DSS which is pending before the 1st respondent.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus restraining the respondents from mutating any documents in the 6th respondent's favour till the disposal of the appeal DSS which is pending before the 1st respondent.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent is trying to mutate the property documents of the petitioner in favour of the sixth respondent.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that there is no proof for the allegation against the third respondent. He further undertakes that the respondents are not going to mutate any documents in favour of the sixth respondent.

Recording the undertaking made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
