Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the process of approval of the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Graduate Teacher in the Institution of second respondent on the basis of the application having been submitted through the second respondent dated 16.11.2016 forthwith on merits and in accordance with law without any further delay. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the process of approval of the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Graduate Teacher in the Institution of second respondent on the basis of the application having been submitted through the second respondent dated 16.11.2016 forthwith on merits and in accordance with law without any further delay.

2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner, dated 16.11.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
