Punjai Pugalur North Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District with the assistance of old revenue records and the documents of he concerned private parties who own lands in the said survey numbers and demarcate the boundaries and carry out the necessary corrections in the survey records as well as revenue records.

O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the lands in S.Nos1209/20, 1209/21 216/A1, B1,B2, B3 and B6 situated at Punjai Pugalur North Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the case of the Petitioner that 55 cents out of 1 acre 2/6

and 10 cents in S.No.216/B in the above mentioned village was purchased by his father under registered document, dated 29.3.1990. Subsequently, the Petitioner's father executed a settlement deed, dated 21.8.2024 settling the said property in favour of the Petitioner. The above said land belong to the Petitioner has been subsequently sub-divided as S.Nos. 216/A1, B1, B2,B3 and B6 and a joint patta was also issued in the name of the Petitioner. The fifth respondent herein wants to survey his property in S.No.1209/20 which is situated on the northern side of the Petitioner's property. It is also stated by the Petitioner that the fifth respondent encroached upon the public pathway in S.No. 1209/21 and preventing the pathway to the Petitioner. In these circumstances, the Petitioner submitted an application before the first respondent on 24.03.

2025 in application No. 2025/0123/14/003770 seeking survey of the property situated in S.Nos. 216/A1, B1, B2,B3 and B6. The said application has not been considered till date. Therefore the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 24.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and fifth respondent, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
