RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 6.8.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.9516/2021, on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Parthibanur Police Station daily twice, i.e. at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9516 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7333 of 2021 2021, dated 06.08.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
