ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 387 I.P.C, in Crime No.410 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that charge sheet was filed by the respondent police in the above case and the same was numbered as C.C.No.305 of 2006, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. In the meantime, the petitioner was not able to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai issued a Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He would also submit that the petitioner was arrested on 09.09.2018 and remanded into judicial custody. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

(ii)the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, daily at 10.30.am., until further orders.
