The petitioner has approached this Court to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), takes notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner is an offender under the NDPS Act. An information has been received by the respondent police that the petitioner is involving in a similar case. Therefore, the respondent police has monitored the movements of the petitioner. They are not harassing the petitioner. He further submits that on the complaint of this petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 27.06.2024.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and submits that the petitioner has involved in two IPC offences and not in a case, which was registered under the NDPS Act. 2/4
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
