Respondents PRAYER:Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission license to establish and maintain "Jeevasamadhi" of Theivathiru. Thanthondri Perumal Naidu in petitioner land situated at 16, Keezhamel Veethi, Meenakshipuram, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District by considering petitioner application dated 28.04.2017.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission license to establish and maintain "Jeevasamadhi" of Theivathiru. Thanthondri Perumal Naidu in petitioner land situated at 16, Keezhamel Veethi, Meenakshipuram, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District by considering petitioner application dated 28.04.2017.

2.The learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
