This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the 1st Respondent to not to harass the petitioner in pertaining to the notice issued by the learned Fast Track Court (JM level), Pattukottai in S.T.C.NO.53 of 2013 vide his proceedings in letter No.645/2018, dated 26/07/2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no FIR has been registered against this petitioner.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
