In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the divorce proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.515 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi, this Civil Revision

Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms:

(i)The learned Judge, Family Court, Thoothukudi, is requested to take up the divorce proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.515 of 2020 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
