ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is an agriculturist. He seeks grant of crop insurance claim amount. The company appears to have made certain payment. The petitioner has some grievance regarding the quantum.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, the issue has to be resolved elsewhere. If the petitioner still having dispute or grievance, it is open to the petitioner to move the concerned District Level Grievance Redressal Committee presided over by the District Collector. If any such petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
