ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in CSR No.467 of 2025.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired in CSR No.467 of 2025 and it has been closed.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
