ORDER

The revision petitioner is the landlady. The proceedings date back to the year 2013. The current policy is that cases that are five years old must be concluded. The petitioner is a senior citizen.

2.Taking into account this aspect, direction is given to the Rent Controller / Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town to dispose of the R.C.O.P.Nos.95 and 123 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
