Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSIKUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9806 of 2021, dated 23.07.2021.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition from 03.08.2021 to 31.08.2021. Thereafter, they have not complied the condition imposed on them by order dated 23.07.2021.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
