RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.2617 of 2021 dt. 16.8.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK N, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2617 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 16.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2617 of 2021.
