The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry into the mismanagement held in the Senappanallur Village Panchayat, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2017.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 06.04.2017 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
