ORDER:- The Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 30/08/2019 and 22/01/2021 this court and the requistion letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Devakottai in Letter dated 13/08/2021 and forward by the Principle District Judge and Session Judge, Sivagangai in Letter in D.No.7188/2021 dated 16/08/2021 this court made the following order:.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, submitted a letter, dated 13.08.2021, seeking for extension of further six months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.99 of 2013.

2. The respondent submitted that there are two C.R.Ps pending before this Court in C.R.P(MD) Nos.986 and 987 of 2021 without disposing the C.R.Ps, the Suit in O.S.No.99 of 2013 cannot be disposed of.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, in his letter dated 13.08.2021, time granted by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2019 in C.R.P.(MD) No.1508 of 2019 to dispose of the case in O.S.No.99 of 2013 is extended by another six months from today and no further extension of time will be granted in future.
