Respondent/Petitioner/Respondent Prayer :- The Civil Revision Petition filed under section Article 227 of constitution of India, to set aside the Ex-order and Fair order dated 27-02-2020 made in I.A.No. 68 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No. 107 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. Decree:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the judgment and decree of the lower appellate court and the court of first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Arun, Advocate for Petitioner and MrV.Kasipandian, Advocate, for the Respondent, while Allowing the petition, this Court doth order and decree as follows :

i)That, the order dated 27.02.2020 made in IA No.68 of 2016 in HMOP No.107 of 2015, on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, be and is hereby set aside;

ii)that, interim maintenance amount fixed to the revision petitioner be and is hereby reduced to Rs.8000/-(Rupees Eight Thousand Only) per month from the date of petition i.e 22.02.2016; iii)that, the revision petitioner husband be and is hereby directed to pay arrears of maintenance in three installments and in first installment shall to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs only) on or before 18.04.2022;

iv)that the order dated 27.02.2020 made in IA No.68 of 2016 in HMOP No.107 of 2015, on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpattti, be and is hereby set aside;

No.999 of 2020 v)that the Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, be and is hereby directed to dispose of the case in HMOP NO.107 OF 2015 with in a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and vi) That there is no costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
