ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(ii) imposed on the petitioner by the order of the learned Special Court for POCSO Act Cases at Dindigul dated 14.06.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.128 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available in the record. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.2 imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the Court concerned.
