Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Proc.Roc.No.19591/2018/C1, dated 05.02.2019 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2.Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
